Who to contact
Derin Education is responsible for the personal information you share when you enquire about tuition. You can contact Gulsum on +44 7459 693408, or by post at 71 Sark House, 8 Eastfield Road, Enfield, London, EN3 5XB.
Your enquiries
We use the contact details and learning information you choose to share to respond to your questions and discuss suitable tuition arrangements. You may choose to tell us your child’s age and learning interests. Please do not include medical records or other sensitive information in a website enquiry.
Where you ask about arranging tuition, we use this information to take steps at your request before an agreement. For other questions, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact us about our services.
You can contact us by phone to discuss tuition. We do not sell enquiry information or add you to a marketing list when you contact us.
Keeping information
Access to enquiries is limited to the people and service providers needed to respond and operate the website and email service. Service providers may process information in the countries where they operate. You can ask Gulsum for details of the providers involved in your enquiry.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry, manage any ongoing tuition relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted. Contact Gulsum if you would like information about a particular enquiry or to request its removal.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on the circumstances, you can also ask us to restrict its use, object to processing, or provide a portable copy. Contact +44 7459 693408 to make a request.
If you have concerns, please raise them with Gulsum. You can also contact the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office.
